  • Fine Silver Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date at customerservice@finesilverstore.com so we can assist you.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an item is determined to be defective or an error was made by Fine Silver Store.
