Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and security tags still attached.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like a different item or size, please contact us at customerservice@finesilverstore.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items missing a security tag

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at customerservice@finesilverstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
