We will happily repair your item for any manufacturing defects within 12 months after the date of your purchase. This excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear. All packages MUST be shipped with UPS, if you do not ship with UPS we will NOT receive your package, it will get lost in the casino. We are not responsible for lost packages. You must provide a copy of your receipt, a completed Repair Form (we would like to have a downloadable attachment here) and a valid return label from UPS in your shipment

If your jewelry looks as though you have neglected, bent, or used harsh chemical cleaners on the product, we will not repair it, considering it is un-repairable. Treat your jewelry with love and care!

Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to process your repair. We do not ship internationally for repairs.
Exchanges Our number one priority is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is any reason you are not happy with your order, an exchange may be processed if the returned item is in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

To exchange your merchandise please email customerservice@bling-store.com for us to check if the item you would like instead is in stock. Your package must be insured with the equal value of the product purchased. Merchandise must be returned in a padded box to protect the item from damage.

We are not responsible for any shipping complications with returns.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process and send out your exchange.
WarrantyWe offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects for jewelry purchased from our retailers and our online store with proof of purchase. The warranty only covers damage that is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, the use of harsh chemicals, normal wear and tear. To ensure that your product remains in beautiful condition over time, please read our "Caring for Your BLING" Section.

Items may be repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product. This warranty service is provided free of charge.

This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, with a valid receipt.

You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by UPS and insuring the product for its retail value.
Cubic ZirconiaThe look of luxury for less! Cubic zirconia is a diamond simulant formed from zirconium dioxide (ZrO2). The synthesized material is hard, optically flawless and usually colorless, but may be made in a variety of different colors. CZs have been diamonds biggest competitor due to its durability, low cost and visual likeness to a diamond. Only the rarest of diamonds are truly colorless. By comparison, a cubic zirconia is often entirely colorless: equivalent to a perfect "D" on a diamond color grading scale. In short terms, its a man made diamond.
Caring for you BLINGThe beauty of our product is that it is stress free maintenance! We strongly encourage you to wear your silver every day, silver that is regularly used needs less care. We do not recommend using harsh jewelry cleaners due to the fact that it will wear away the Platinum finish; instead we recommend using a little soap and water
InaccuraciesHuman error is inevitable. At times our product descriptions, pricing and availability may be inaccurate. We will correct any errors, and cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Stone Colors Manufactured stone can slightly differ in saturation, tone and hue from time to time during production. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Site Transactions We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
